How to Use Your Warranty

If something goes wrong within your warranty period, don't panic. The Opteven claims process is straightforward. You don't need to return the vehicle to us — any VAT-registered garage can carry out the repairs.

   They will authorise the repair with your chosen garage.

   The garage completes the work — Opteven pays them directly.

   You pay nothing (subject to any applicable excess).
